A bit about me (James): 

I have been working in highly corporate powerful business roles for the last 15 years, learning many of the best ways to delegate responsibilities and utilise team resources to get the job done. When I started to focus on my own business there was no one else to do the work for me.

Over the years I had developed a lot of coping mechanisms for stress which were terrible at doing the job. So when faced with a situation where I had no option but to get stuck in and do the work I turned to my holistic therapy background.

I have been a practitioner of sound therapy for the last 3 years and last year I qualified as a Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, which gave me insight into the human mind and thought processes like never before.

I brought these two modalities together to create this one-of-a-kind offer, to allow you to use a guided sound meditation to re-write your script so that you can become more motivated, focused and proactive in everything you do.

I developed this meditation utilising everything I had learnt in sound healing and NLP, and it got my mind on track and my productivity through the roof, and I can guarantee you’ll see the same results.
