With over 15 years of healing experience, allow your Retreat Hosts Nicole & Jay Shields of Holistic Serenity to take you through a gentle, soothing, immersive, and deeply transformative 7 days healing experience utilising their years of healing expertise and Jay’s expert NLP and life coaching skills.

We have teamed up with some of Ibiza’s best Yoga Teachers and are providing island sourced foods. 

Your 4 days will include a range of beautiful ceremonies, releasing yoga classes, holistic therapies, immersive sound journey meditations, ceremonial day trips plenty of unwind time, nourishing food, nature in the tranquil and nurturing surroundings, allowing you to create your own healing journey in a way that best serves you and your highest good.
