What happens on a Day Retreat?
No matter which day you choose you will be treated to a very deeply relaxing and special day. Each day is designed to give you a selection of three special ceremonies or treatments which combine to make an exceptionally powerful day of spiritual divinity.
Shamanic Day Retreats
The Shamanic Day Retreat is unlike any other retreat you’ll find on the island. For this special day, you will be invited to take part in a Despacho ceremony. This is a beautiful ceremony where you will be invited to create a magical offering for the spirits of the four winds, to help you bring into balance all that is out of balance in your life. The Q’ero of Peru, whose teachings James has studied, believe that when bad things happen, you are out of balance with that situation. It could be an argument with a friend or loved one, an unhappy workplace or something where you did not get the outcome you desired. By creating a Despcaho offering for the spirits you call to bring balance back into your life and with that peace and prosperity. Despachos are great for helping with a difficult situation that you need a little support with or to ensure that your plans will go smoothly without a hitch.
Angelic Day Retreats
The Angelic Day Retreat is a truly magical experience. We will begin the day with a deeply aligned guided meditation to bring a deep sense of peace and connect to the angelic realm. Working on activating our 3rd eye and crown chakras, we will connect to our higher selves and our guides. We will then dive even deeper to receive a truly bespoke Angelic Reiki and crystal healing treatment to remove any blockages and stagnant energy and rejuvenate you, leaving you feeling deeply peaceful and calm. To bring our journey to a close, we will experience a transformative sound healing journey with alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and hand pan drums, channelling more healing, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and completely zen.
Restorative Day Retreat
The Restorative Retreat Day is a day rooted in Yoga and movement but also paired beautifully with stillness and sound. The day starts early with an intuitive Hatha Yoga Flow to get you warmed up and connected to your body, reaching inside to set your intention for the day and to get your energy centres flowing. We then switch gears with a Pranayama yogic breath workshop to delve deeper inside and release the tension held far within. Ends with a sacred sound journey using Alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, hang drums, and more to bring this special day to a beautiful conclusion.
